Shipping Policy

We ship Monday through Wednesday using USPS and UPS. We ask that you stay connected with our shipping notifications to ensure accurate communication on the timing of your delivery. 

Expected delivery dates are estimates given to us from USPS or UPS and are not always accurate, especially around the holidays.  Once your package leaves our facility and picked up by USPS or UPS, we are unable to control or assist in the delivery process.    

Any information that is on the USPS tracking website is the same information we are able to see in regards to shipping status.  If you are having delivery issues, please contact USPS or UPS with your tracking number and they can help you submit a lost package claim.  If you are unable to track down your package after 5 days, contact us for next steps!
